By using Gifmoji (gifmoji.io) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Gifmoji is a free tool that creates animated emoji images from photos you choose. All image processing happens in your web browser; we do not receive, store or have access to the photos you edit or the emoji you create.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you use and the emoji you make. Because processing happens on your device, you are solely responsible for the images you use and how you use the results. Only use photos you have the right to use, and don't create emoji of other people without their permission or in a way that harasses, demeans or impersonates them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gifmoji to create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the rules of the platform where you upload it. You also agree not to interfere with the site's operation, for example by attempting to overload it or by scraping it in bulk.

Third-party platforms

Gifmoji is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Slack, Discord, Twitch or Microsoft. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners. Platform requirements described in our guides can change at any time; each platform's own rules apply when you upload emoji there.

Advertising

Gifmoji may display ads provided by third parties such as Google. How advertising partners use cookies is described in our privacy policy.

No warranty

Gifmoji is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exported files will be accepted by every platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gifmoji and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
